Let's learn the six steps for hand washing.
First, you need to wet your hands. Make sure the water is nice and warm. Second, put some soap(肥皂) on your hands. It is good to use soap because soap helps clean your hands. Third, rub your hands together to make lather(泡沫) with the soap. Use one hand to rub the back of the other hand and clean in between the fingers. Do the same with the other hand. Rub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Fourth, put your hands under running water, and dry your hands well with a paper towel(纸巾). You are almost done. Then, be sure to turn off the tap with a paper towel. You can use the same paper towel you dried your hands with. Finally, put the paper towel in the rubbish bin(垃圾箱). Now your hands are clean!
