16. The home of the future will be completely different. People will shape their homes based on their dreams. People will be able to buy “house materials” like movable(可移动的) walls, doors and windows. They will put together the different parts to make the home they want.
17. Many jobs now will disappear. Some will still exist(存在) but will change and new jobs will appear. Skilled workers such as builders, gardeners and electricians won’t disappear because machines can’t replace them. Teachers will still exist because students need human contact(接触). But students will spend more time studying at home.
18. Space holidays will develop in the future, but these holidays won’t be for everyone because they won’t be cheap. Short space trips will develop first, and then hotels will move around the earth. There will be holiday centres on the moon with things needed by families.
19. There will be no paper in the future. Instead, there will be E-paper which people will be able to use again and again. And we will download(下载) information from the internet every day onto our reusable paper. E-newspapers and E-magazines will replace newspapers and magazines today.
20. As we know, the earth will disappear sometime in the future. This isn’t going to happen tomorrow but scientists say that it will happen one day. Sometime in the distant future, either we stay on earth and die with it, or we leave and move to another planet.
