In the face of fire, every second counts and every life matters. That's why a company has developed special robot dogs to help fight fires.
These robot dogs are very helpful. While burning(燃烧的) buildings are too dangerous for people, that is not a problem for robot dogs. They can climb stairs(楼梯) and keep their balance on four robotic legs. With water guns on their backs, they can shoot water over a long distance to put out the fire. The robot dogs are also smart—they can send real-time information and videos back to firefighters waiting outside. This helps the firefighters "see" what is happening inside the burning buildings and make efficient plans.
It is important to know that these robot dogs are not here to take the place of human firefighters in emergency services. Instead, they are valuable helpers. They go into dangerous areas first so that human firefighters can stay safer. They are like partners of firefighters, using technology to protect everyone.
Cities in China, such as Qingdao, are ready to test(测试) these robots. In the future, these robot dogs may work with AI to help even more. The development of firefighting robot dogs is not a separate plan. It is part of China's big goal to build smart and safe cities using science and technology.
In a word, these robot dogs are more than machines—they will surely be great helpers in the future.
