       First of all, we must follow the school rules at school and get along well with our classmates. We should 
keep exercising and eat healthy food. Next we are supposed to finish our homework on time, and help our 
parents with housework at home. We ought to balance the housework and homework. In other ways, we 
should do more reading and play fewer computer games. We should take part in all kinds of after-school 
activities in order to keep fit and good lifestyle habits.
       Self-discipline is good for us. It can make us healthier and happier. We will try to be a more responsible, 
disciplined person. And we should make a plan in advance to make it easier to achieve our goal. We must 
stick to our plan and do it better.
