From my English book, I learn about Kitty from Sunshine Middle School.

Kitty usually has breakfast before going to school, and at lunch she often eats some fish, meat and

tofu. She eats a lot of fruit and vegetables every day. She also dances for half an hour every day. Kitty

has a healthy lifestyle, but I don't. I like eating junk food and I seldom eat vegetables. I always watch TV

in the sofa after supper and never take exercise. After learning Kitty's lifestyle, I want to make a change.

I will also have a healthy diet and do some exercise to keep fit.

I think that I will have a better lifestyle.
