        I have a healthy diet. I have an egg and some milk for breakfast. I have rice and meat for lunch.
In the evening, I have a little noodles and some fish for dinner. I think it's more healthier to eat less
in the evening.
        What's more, I also like playing sports, such as playing volleyball and going jogging. Enough
exercise can make me full of energy every day. It can make me relax and have a better condition
to study. I enjoy my PE lessons at school because I can play basketball with my classmates. We
are all sports fans.
