       Thank you for what you have done for me. I can't get well without your help and support.  
Now I have been back to school and I will try my best to catch up with my classmates.  In 
order to help more sick children, I have made up my mind to be a doctor when I grow up.  
From now on, I will take an active part in some volunteering activities to help people in need.  
I hope we can work together to make our society better and better.
