The Spring Festival is my favourite traditional Chinese festival. It is always

in January or February. Before the festival, I often clean my home and go shopping

with my parents. On the eve of the Spring Festival, my family usually get together and

have a big dinner at my grandparents’ home. My cousins and I all get red packets. 

We always enjoy ourselves at the festival. 

          The Spring Festival is the most important for us Chinese. I like it because I have 

lots of fun during the festival.
