 Ways to be healthy. (言之有理即可)
 My mother gets only six hours of sleep every night. 
 It's very important for us to have a healthy diet. 
Doing eye exercises everyday is good for our eyes. 
Daniel plans to change his lifestyle and says no to sweet snacks.
 For breakfast, I usually have a bottle of milk, an egg and some fruit.
      I love doing sports. I always play basketball and swim after school. I am a member of the 
Basketball Club, so I am tall and strong. Having enough sleep is also very important. I often 
sleep for about 9 hours every night. A good night's sleep can give me lots of energy for the 
next day. As for food, vegetables are my favourite. I always eat more vegetables and less meat.
 I also drink much water every day. I seldom have drinks like cola.
     I hope we can have a good lifestyle and keep fit together!
