A survey shows that 1/4 of young people aged 18-24 walk less than 15 minutes a day. Why? Most blame technology development. Some don’t walk without company. Others are too busy with study or work. Also, some just prefer staying indoors.
To stay healthy, we should walk more instead of driving or taking buses. We can walk with friends after meals. We can also set a daily step goal, like 5,000 steps. Let’s start walking more to keep fit!
