He wanted to leave England for a life of adventure at sea.
A terrible earthquake, a terrible storm, and a hard and terrible rain.
Because he wanted to let the water pour out.
It was hard/difficult/dangerous.
With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, our school held a series of "Traditional
Culture进校园" activities. We attended lectures given by experts who introduced the history
and customs of the festival. We also read classic poems about it and experienced making
zongzi. Through these activities, I gained more knowledge about traditional culture, became
more confident in sharing our culture with others, and developed a deeper love for our
heritage. It was really a meaningful experience!
