A recent survey by a magazine asked people around 50: “What helped your life most?” The results show: 83% think “helping others and spreading kindness” matters most. 42% choose “working hard at school”, 33% value “picking the right job”, and 28% believe “exercising often” helps a lot.
I agree with the 83%. When we help others, we not only make their lives better but also feel happy and connected. Small kind acts, like helping a neighbor, can build a warm community. This positive energy makes life more meaningful for everyone.
