do more sports and have a better rest. Basketball is my favourite. I have more time to practise it with my
friends. It's a good time for me to take in some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. 
        Sports make me stronger and healthier. Besides, enough rest makes me more relaxed, so I can study 
more carefully than before. I even have time to share something interesting with my classmates. I'm more 
outgoing and happier now. 
        I like the longer break time, because it not only makes my school life colourful but also helps me 
keep healthy.
