       I have a balanced diet. For breakfast, I always eat some bread and a glass of milk. Sometimes I
have an egg too. I like eating vegetables very much, so I have a lot of vegetables for lunch. I also
eat some meat and rice at lunchtime. For dinner, I usually have some noodles or porridge. I only
eat a little sweet food every week. I think my diet is healthy and it helps me stay strong.
