Pumpkin Soup for 4 People
What you need:500g pumpkin,400g potatoes,450ml milk,450ml water,2 chicken stock cubes,250ml cream
Cooking time: around 20 minutes
Safety first! You should always be careful when using sharp knives and touching hot surfaces.
(1)Clean and peel(削皮) the pumpkin. Cut it into small pieces.
(2)Peel, clean and cut the potatoes.
(3)Pour the water and milk into a large pot. After that, put the chicken stock cubes into the pot. Then add the pumpkin and potato pieces.
(4)Bring the mixture to a boil, and then turn down the heat to “medium” for about 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.
(5)Take the pot off the heat and put the mixture in a food maker.
(6)Now pour the soup into your lovely bowl. Take a spoon of the cream and pour it carefully into the soup. See if you can draw a heart, a flower, a face or anything else you like! Enjoy!
