Thanks for your email. I am at a new school now too. The school is old, but I like it.
My favourite (1) (/pleɪs/) at school is the hall. We have meetings there, and a lot of interesting (2) (/ɪ'vents/) take place there. We also have a playground. My new friends and I often play ping-pong (3) (/tə'geðə(r)/) there. We do not have a gym, but we have a football field. We love playing football on it.
Our teachers are quite nice. They (4) (/keə(r)/) about us a lot. My classmates are great too. They are friendly and helpful. Our school is not large, but it is a (5) (/ˈspeʃl/) place for me. I am happy to be a student here.
