Plot: A theft(偷窃)happens at Hanbridge High School. Three students, Jonno, Lydia, and Daniel, want to find out who did it. Can they solve the crime? This is the first book in a fun detective series. Kids who like detective stories will love it.
Why Jackie likes this book:
It's hard to find out who the real suspect(嫌疑犯) is. The ending is so surprising. I'm looking forward to the next story.|
Wildoak

Genre: Real-life Story
Plot: Maggie goes to Cornwall to stay with her grandpa. She finds a snow leopard cub(雪豹幼崽) hiding in a forest. When people see the cub, trouble starts. This story from the 1960s shows how animals, people, and nature are connected.

Maggie is such a kind-hearted protector of the natural world. The story teaches me everything about humans and animals.|
