Do you want to travel around the world? Luisa Yu, from the Philippines, finished travelling to every country in the world at the age of 79.
Yu's dream began at 23 years old, when she studied as an exchange student in America. She couldn't travel outside the country, so she embarked on a tour to go across America and experience cultures of the country. After working as a nurse in a big hospital for a few years, Yu decided to become a travel agent (代理人) to follow her love for travelling.
For Yu, there's nothing better than travelling. Even in the hard times, she never thought of giving up. Over the past fifty years, Yu has travelled all over the world. She even went to some dangerous places, but Yu welcomed the challenges (挑战). She said, "Even though some places were full of danger, I think I can do this. I want to see these places with my own eyes because there's a lot of history and culture that happened there."
The most important moment came on November 9, 2023, when Luisa Yu set foot in her final country, Serbia, which means the ending of her amazing travel to visit every country in the world.
