Hello! I’m Danny Brown. There are many different jobs working with animals. Let’s see the jobs in my family.
My father is a scientist. He saves( 拯救) rare( 稀有的) birds. Some are really clever and can even say some words. A parrot( 鹦鹉) can say, “How do you do, Mr Brown?”
My mother is a dog groomer( 美容师). She loves dogs very much. Once she styled( 把……设计成某种式样) a poodle( 贵宾犬). It looked just like a ball.
My brother Jack is a vet( 兽医). He looks after scary( 恐怖的) snakes. Some are just out of eggs. He says that snakes are easy to get along with as they don’t have any legs.
What about me? I’m only ten years old and I am a student. But I also want to work with animals when I grow up.
