black tea bags, water, tapioca(木薯淀粉) pearls, milk, sugar
Steps
1. Steep(浸泡) the black tea bags in freshly boiled(煮沸的) water to make black tea.
2. Put water and sugar into a pot and stir the mixture quickly. Heat the water over a medium-high heat(中高火) until the water boils and the sugar is completely melted(融化). Now you have the syrup(糖浆) you need.
3. Boil water in another pot and add some tapioca pearls to it. Stir the pearls and wait for them to float(漂浮) to the top. Then, keep waiting for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour the tea into a cup. Add the hot tapioca pearls to the cup. Next, add some milk and the syrup you have just made to the cup. Stir and taste the drink. Add more milk or syrup according to your taste.
Bubble tea is delicious, but drinking too much is bad for your health. If you really enjoy bubble tea, try to add less sugar and only have one cup every few weeks.
